As a Moderator of the Harad thread, how do i sticky and lock threads?

click advanced moderation at the bottom of the thread list, select the threads you want to edit, then click the appropriate action

That is only for actual 'Moderators' I think. But in your posts at the bottom of it you will be able to tick some boxes. One makes it a sticky, one makes it lock, another maks it an announcement. There are some others but thats the main mod ones. Hope this helped
